Who we share your data with
If you have registered for updates from us, your information is sent to our Copper CRM account, and stored securely by Copper. We may also use the information you provide to help us with the planning and logistics of current and future Together for Sheffield activities.
How long we retain your data
For users that subscribe to updates from us, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. You can request a copy of this, or ask to make changes to the information, at any point. The Together for Sheffield team can also see that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have registered one of our sign-up forms you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Users who register for updates have their details stored in the servers of or our CRM platform – Copper – which are secure and GDPR compliant.
As mentioned above, we also send anonymised information to Google Analytics to track our website usage and performance.
